Mei, a young girl with a valuable numerical code in her memory, is being hunted by the Triads, the Russian mob, and corrupt police officers in New York City. An ex-cage fighter, whose life was ruined by the gangsters after Mei, steps in to help her.

In China, Mei is a brilliant girl who excels at numbers. She is kidnapped by the Chinese Triads, led by Han Jiao, who takes her to Chinatown in New York to assist with his illegal operations.
